Dr Darren left Singapore in 1998 for Queensland (Australia) and graduated from the University of Queensland in 2002, attaining his Bachelor of Dental Science Dental Degree there. During his curriculum, he received the Golden Key Honour Roll for his achievement in university.
After graduation, he worked in various hospitals in Queensland Health. During which, he gathered an interest in Oral Surgery and Implants. He also worked in Paediatric School Vans where he was the Dental Officer in-charge of the District. He worked in Queensland from 2003 to 2004.
In end of 2004, he came back to Singapore and started work in LQ Dental. He is a co-director of the clinic. Dr Darren is extremely motivated and is dedicated to patient care. He is a General Dental Surgeon with fields of interest in Implants and most recently Digital Dentistry. He is also a very active participant in courses to enhance his dental knowledge.
Dr Darren loves to spend time with his family. In his spare time, Darren is a musically adept person, playing both the guitar and piano. He has performed with his band at various locations in Singapore. He is also an avid cyclist and has cycled at various events overseas in Malaysia, Australia and Taiwan.
Dr Darren is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Dr Clare Chen completed her Bachelor of Dental Science at University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia in 2002. She worked in both Private Practice and in Queensland Health prior to her move to Singapore.
Dr Clare is a general Dental Surgeon. She completed POS and POS Advanced series, upon which she successfully attained the Fellowship of International College of Continuing Dental Education with a Merit. She is a certified Invisalign and E-Cligner provider. She attends regular Continuing Dental Education courses to update and improve her dental knowledge.
Outside dentistry, she has great interests in performing arts. She plays the piano, oboe and er-hu. She enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
Dr Clare speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

A Colombo Plan scholar studying dentistry at the National University of Singapore, he graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1973, and has been in private practice since 1975. Dr Johnny Lee first worked in private practice in 1975, and set up LQ Dental (what was formerly Johnny Lee Hinly Lau Dental Surgeons) in 1990.
Dr Johnny Lee practices General Dentistry with a special interest in Periodontics, the treatment of gum disease. Dr Johnny is also a certified Invisalign provider. He attends Dental courses to improve his knowledge in various aspects of dentistry.
A keen golfer, Dr Lee has also written seven books under various pen names, including two novels (2002, 2004) – Curse of the Green Dragon (a Hakka Story) and its sequel, Breaking the Curse of the Green Dragon (a Hakka Story). To date, he has published nine books all together.
Dr Johnny Lee also enjoys singing and performing for his friends and family. He was in fact one of the choir members for the Musical production of ‘Prodigal Son’ organized by the Singapore Order of the Knights of Malta.
Dr Johnny Lee is fluent in English and Hakka. He also is able to speak Mandarin and Cantonese.

Dr Hinly Lau graduated in 1973 from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
She immediately started work as a Dental Officer in the Public Sector in Sarawak. She returned in 1975 to begin work in the government hospitals, attached to the Institute of Dental Health to train Dental Therapists. At the same time, performing General Dentistry to public patients. She began private dental practice in 1980 and set up LQ Dental (what was formerly Johnny Lee Hinly Lau Dental Surgeons) in 1990.
Dr Hinly Lau has experience in all fields of general dentistry and interest in the field of Orthodontics. She is also both a certified Invisalign and E-Cligner provider. She also attends regular courses to update herself in her dental knowledge.
She enjoys listening to music and playing the piano. She also cherishes spending time with her family. She loves cooking and enjoys planning meals for her close friends and family. She is fluent in both English and Cantonese.

Dr Agnes Wong Graduated from NUS, obtaining her BDS in 1982.
She has worked with our clinic since its inception in 1990. Helping to provide her clinical expertise and gracing us with her wonderful personality.
Dr Wong enjoys doing general dentistry as it has enabled her to build up life-long relationships and friendships with the patients she sees and treats regularly over the years.
Dr Wong takes particular interest in family dentistry as this allows her to follow up and maintain the oral health of patients and their family members and advise them on their long-term care.
Dr Wong has embraced the advancements in dental materials and technology over the years. She has begun her journey into digital dentistry with the clinic, and this has enabled all the dental surgeons in LQ Dental to provide an even better and more sophisticated treatment plan for our patients. She takes part regularly in ongoing continuing dental education courses to further her dental knowledge.
She also enjoys reading, spending time with her family and has recently reignited her interest in Piano by taking lessons again. Dr Wong is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Dr Nicole strives to effectively communicate with her patients, understanding their needs to ensure a stress-free environment. She values the importance of explaining treatment options to her patients and aims to provide patient-centred care together with her team. Dr Nicole is eager to equip her patients with strategies to maintain good oral health as she believes that patient education plays a crucial role in addition to good quality dental care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, friends and church community. She also loves to build relationships over her favourite board games and mahjong.
Dr Nicole speaks fluent English and is also able to speak Mandarin.

Dr Yeoh Cheng Ee Fred graduated from the National University of Singapore in the class of 1972. He started work as a houseman in the same year at the Singapore General Hospital.
He believes that establishing a good and communicative relationship with the patient is crucial to develop trust and confidence. He is also amazed by the development of dentistry and tries to leverage on digital dentistry to provide the best service for his patients.
In his spare time, he likes to play golf and go walking for his exercise. Dr Fred’s all time favourite hobby is fishing which he still does a few times a year. He also has two wonderful children, his dear wife and two grandchildren, making up his small clan.
After all his years of service, Dr Fred feels that dentistry has given him a good and rewarding life.
Ms Lim graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic in 2022 with a Diploma in Oral Health Therapy.
Even at a young age, Ms Lim always had a keen interest in dentistry, foreshadowing her career as an Oral Health Therapist. Early exposure and pleasant experiences with dental care back in Primary School seeded a belief in her that prevention is the key to good oral health. Her tertiary education in this field further strengthened it. Ms Lim finds it exceptionally rewarding to see her patients benefit from her care and is an advocate for patient education.
Outside practice, Ms Lim is somewhat of a competitive gamer, spending her free time immersed in RPGs and Simulation games. She is also inclined to the arts and literature, such as acting and writing (narrative and poetry). She loves going on hikes and long walks to stay active. She hopes to get into archery next!
Ms Lim speaks Mandarin and fluent English.
